Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
Discgolfcourse.eu is an online store operated by Fritid Finland Oy (Business ID: 2274308-3). The terms and conditions described here apply to the services and products sold by the discgolfcourse.eu online store and to the commercial relationship formed between discgolfcourse.eu and its customer. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid on the discgolfcourse.eu website at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure.
2. Ordering and Prices
The easiest way to order products is through our online store. When placing an order, the customer must provide us with complete contact details, including name, address, email address and mobile phone number.
We use the mobile phone number to contact the customer in the event of any problems.
We send the order confirmation to the email address provided, as well as dispatch information and tracking details when the order is shipped, if such information is available from the carrier.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the delivery terms valid at the time of ordering.
Product prices include value-added tax.
3. Payment Methods
The currently available payment methods can be found at checkout.
4. Delivery Methods
In Finland, we generally ship orders via Posti or Matkahuolto.
5. Complaints, Exchanges and Returns
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return for products ordered online, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Problems During Transport and Defective Products
If a product has been lost or damaged during transport, the customer must submit a complaint to the party responsible for the transport without delay. The matter can also be reported to us by phone at +358 45 2718 818 or by email at myynti@powergrip.fi. We will assist in resolving the matter if necessary.
7. Dispute Resolution Bodies
If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
Before bringing the matter before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Services provided by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
